Bender is a five piece rock band playing popular covers. They have staged countless nights of dynamic and high powered entertainment at venues and for functions in the metropolitan area and country Victoria
Our song list has been developed according to crowd favourites whilst including a selection of current chart hits. This ensures maximum crowd interaction and participation. This approach has ensured the crowds return to the venue to be entertained time and time again.
Competitively priced and most suitable for functions and pub/club venues the band will not disappoint.
Ash has been singing since she discovered a hair brush can have a dual purpose as a microphone. If you are expecting a shy, petite wallflower, you will be sorely disappointed. Rocking it all the way up to 11, she has clambered aboard Bender to become an outgoing cover band lead vocalist.
Every band needs a quiet shy type. Bender's is Adrian. Originally a very accomplished rhythm guitarist and lead singer for "Polymorph" and for someone who is a trained classical guitarist, he can shred the lead guitar with the best of them.
Bender wouldn't be what it is without Tim. A man with money by day, Tim applies the same knowledge and understanding of a balance sheet to his guitar skills. So much so that he even redefines the song title 'Back in Black'. Tim will let loose with some outstanding guitar licks that makes you wonder why he sticks with his day job.
Cam is one of those who is “outside the square”. Proving that he knows his way around a sound desk, he thought he would show us some cool bass licks. Instantly he was a hit - with both the band and the ladies! The only member of the band who still refuses to wear his jeans at an acceptable level, sometimes you would think he was making love to his instrument! Cam likes to ease on in and smooth things out with his super slinky playing.
Stuart has been studying the drums for close to 15 years, but then found out that you have to play them to get any sound out of them. With a love of both Slipknot, and Tchaikovsky, every song is unique. Keeping the band tight when he is not breaking sticks, watch for some high energy double bass work and great fills.
