Jumpstart played at my 30th on December 10 and we were blown away. The best band for your special occasion. They catered for our mixed age group with both new and old hits. Eager to create the perfect night at my party. Friendly energetic group with rounded experiance. There were additional microphones for anyone that wanted to have a sing along. My sister pretended to be a singer and acted the part, so she felt like a star for the night. Everyone commented at the end of the night how great the band was. I was so pleased that I would book them again. A night to remember forever. Thanks Bill

Jumpstart is fun and professional five piece covers band which has a lead female singer, guitarist/vocals, drums, bass and keys/vocals. Our lead singer can sing anything from hard rock to wedding ballads and was the Victorian karaoke champion in 2009! The band plays a high energy mix of hits and dance numbers from the 60s to now. It is available for all types of functions, events and weddings.

Also with weddings - we can even assist with the MC duties if you want!

We have been together since 2008 and have played at a variety of pubs, clubs and other private functions in and around Melbourne. Our band was a finalist for the Coverbands competition in both 2009 and 2010.

EXTRA EXTRA: If you or your friends have always wanted to sing in front of a live band then Public Nuisance is for you. If you pre-arrange it when you book, we can do a set where people from your function can sing with the band from our songlist. We call it BANDAOKE - its a blast and you can be the star!

Our focus is on ensuring that your function is a success. We pride ourselves on being professional, reliable and flexible so you have a good time.

We were fortunate to have Jumpstart perform at a recent Gala Charity Dinner held in late July. Leading up to the event the band was very professional, eager to work with our vision for the event, even providing useful tips gained from their vast experience. Importantly, they were very quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. Jumpstart have an impressive stage set up, including a light show to support the band and had no problems commanding the attention of the large crowd of almost 400 people. The end result was excellent entertainment, which appealed to all ages, in particular the party classics that should be part of any great night! The lead singer Jess has an incredible voice and the whole band really took on the essence of the night. The dance floor was always full when Jumpstart performed. They certainly know how to get people moving! We would certainly recommend Jumpstart to anyone planning an event of any type.

Public Nuisance played at our wedding this February and they were FANTASTIC! They were easy to get in contact leading up to the wedding and were very flexible in the music I wanted played. Paul from the band even did MC for night and did a great job at keeping everyone entertained. All of our guests raved about how good the band was and how much fun they had on the night. I would defiantly recommend them playing for any occasion, especially because of how versatile their music is. Thanks Laura
