The Cardinal Groove are a passionate seven piece band who love music, love entertaining people and are eager to play for you. All suave, young professional musicians with plenty of experience they guarantee to set the right mood for any occasion.

With a keen sense of what is crowd pleasing as well as good quality music, this talented group have chosen a
fantastic bunch of songs from R&B to Funk, Soul, Blues, Jazz and a touch of Latin flavour, played with an authentic
yet modern Motown sound, a smooth, funky groove, and a whole lot of soul! The Cardinal Groove are also keen
songwriters with an incredible set of original songs which they have been playing at various venues across Sydney.
Having just funked-up Bondi Music Festival and making it through to the semi-finals of the Emergenza world-wide band competition, their truly unique, original style is being noticed and will not only funk you up with a heavy groove, but blow your mind lyrically and melodically! Usually a seven piece band of 2 horns, vocals, drums, guitar, bass and keys, The Cardinal Groove is able to cater to your needs.
